• Australian registered business with an ABN.

• Applicable to any product that is identical to the same brand

• Excludes trade quotes or clearance items
• Excludes liquidations; members prices; ex demo; & errors
• Any limit of quantity per customer, will also be matched
• Price match items not available for rainchecks

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

If you need to return an item purchased your options are: 

- Replacement of goods; or

- A refund on your purchase.

 

If you need to return an item for a warranty claim (any item fitted) your item will be returned

to the manufacture for your claim. If approved, you are entitled to a refund; or replacement.

This can take up to 4 weeks on some items.

Please make sure that you retain your receipt as proof of purchase. 

You are NOT entitled to a refund if: 

- If you are responsible for the fault/defect; or

- The packaging is damaged and not in re-saleable condition.

 

You are entitled to a refund if the goods purchased: 

- Are defective (the defect was not caused by you); or

- Do not match the description or the sample provided by us; or

- Do not perform the function advertised.

 

All returns must be brought back within 14 days from original purchase date.

- Get your order the same day when you order by 2pm.

- Free delivery on weekday orders over $50.00. 

- Delivery address must fall within 15km's of store.

- $5.00 delivery charge for orders under $50.00.

GIFT VOUCHERS

- It cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used in full within one transaction. 

- Vouchers are redeemable at any sprint auto parts store 

- Vouchers expire 3 years from the issue date specified on the voucher.
